Biomerics offers a full range of manufacturing services to many of the industry's leading device OEMs. Our contract manufacturing services range from R&D and prototype development to high volume production. We manufacture devices in controlled cleanroom environments utilizing a combination of hand-work and automated processes. We design and build custom jigs, tools, and fixtures to aid in the assembly of the device. Our processes are validated to ensure robust reliability and repeatability.

Extrusions	Biomerics specializes in a wide range of medical extrusions including multi-lumen, co-extrusion, and bump tubes in a wide range of materials for medical catheters.

Machining	Biomerics offers metal and plastic Swiss machining capabilities for connectors, trocars, and tunnelers.

Cast Molding	Biomerics offers urethane and silicone cast molding services.

Tip Forming	Biomerics offers RF tip forming for a wide range of extrusion materials.

Pad Printing	Biomerics operates both linear and rotary pad printers for molded components and extrusions.

Ultrasonic Welding and Bonding	Biomerics offers ultrasonic welding and adhesive or solvent bonding services for injection molded parts.

Assembly	Biomerics offers lean cellular assembly services in our clean room or our controlled assembly room.
