Biomerics offers a comprehensive range of medical device manufacturing and support services.  With over 11 decades of plastics experience in our staff, Biomerics has the knowledge and ability to provide solutions for our customers' medical device needs.  We offer our customers the following manufacturing capabilities and services:

	Polymer Development Biomerics offers polymer development services for the medical device market.  Our chemists specialize in building custom polymer solutions for the industries' most difficult applications.  We have experience in polymer characterization, synthesis, and custom compounding and offer polymerization, compounding, color, extrusion, and molding services.
	Compounding Biomerics operates 6 compounders for the medical market including a high performance pharma compounder.  We custom compound olefins, engineered thermoplastics, TPEs, and fluorpolymers for the most demanding medical applications.  Our feeding, pelletization, and validation services are designed to meet the demanding medical quality requirements.
	Extrusions Biomerics supplies high performance medical extrusion to the medical market place.  We specialize in multi-lumen, stripping, co-extrusion, and bump tubes.  Our capabilities include clean room extrusion, in-house tooling, 16 extruders, 11 pullers, in-line monitoring, and full service development and validation services.
	Injection Molding Biomerics has provided contract injection molding services for over 17 years and specializes in medical device applications. We provide design, tooling, and production services to ensure we deliver quality parts on-time.  With over 25 injection molding machines we have capacity and capability to develop and manufacture a wide range of medical products.
	Machining Biomerics offers plastics and metal milling, CNC machining, and Swiss Turning prototype and production services.  We specialize in tooling design, manufacture, and repair services.
	Cast Molding Biomerics operates a variety of cast molding equipment including computer control mixing machines, batch tanks, degassers, heat tables, and batch ovens.  Open cast molding is typically used for large or low quantity applications where it is not practical to use traditional injection molding processes.
	Medical Device Assembly  Biomerics develops, manufactures, and assembles quality medical devices for many of the worlds' leading medical companies.  We assemble components and finished devices in our controlled assembly room using both manual and automated processes.
	Support Services Biomerics supports our customers’ medical device manufacturing projects from concept through production.  Our support services include material development, engineering design, product development, tool design and manufacture, prototyping, regulatory support, and validation.
