Biomerics has decades of experience with thermoplastic materials for use in a wide range of applications.  Our custom compounds meet the highest quality standards and are optimized for medical injection molding and extrusion.  The company offers a wide range of base thermoplastic polyurethane products in both aromatic and aliphatic chemistries, each of which is customizable to meet a customer’s end-product objectives. Biomerics also has full color matching capabilities and can match and stabilize our customers’ material per industry color specifications.  Our in-house polymer chemists and quality assurance teams formulate, manufacture, and test critical polymer compounds in a cleanroom environment.  Common compound additives include antimicrobials, colorants, UV stabilizers, anti-oxidants, impact modifiers, lubricants, and radiopacifiers.  Biomerics maintains a full service quality lab and has the ability to characterize and certify each customer's material.
