At Biomerics we support our customers’ medical device manufacturing projects from concept through production and beyond. With design assistance, project management,  product development, materials development and selection, tooling design, prototyping, and quality lab testing we make certain the highest quality products are produced in the most efficient and cost-effective manner.

In addition to our manufacturing capabilities, Biomerics offers the following value added technologies and services:

• Design and Engineering:  Our engineers draw upon their extensive medical device design and manufacturing experience to provide you with recommendations that enhance the cost effectiveness, performance and manufacturability of our customers' product.  Biomerics offers the latest in computer aided engineering (CAE) including 3D modeling, finite element analysis (FEA), and prototype development. Our extensive engineering services allow us to be a full-service manufacturer.

• Project/Program Management:  At Biomerics our project teams have years of experience in managing our medical device customers’ development and manufacturing projects.  We provide our customers an experienced and highly trained cross functional team including account managers, design and material engineers and quality and customer service personnel to effectively manage all aspects of every project.

• Product Development: Long before the production date is set, Biomerics’ product experts collaborate with our customers to develop the optimal product development process — customized for their specific project needs.  It is in this step that our years of medical manufacturing expertise come together with our deep commitment to realizing their vision.  The result is a product plan that ensures speed and quality at the lowest possible cost.

• Polymer Development: Biomerics evaluates the needs of each customer’s application and recommends the appropriate material to achieve the best product performance, manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Our highly experienced in-house polymer team -in combination with our custom compounding capabilities- provide us with the ability to develop custom solutions for each of our customers.  We compound and mold a wide range of plastics including olefins, styrenics, elastomers, engineered plastics, and high performance polymers. 

• Tooling Design: Biomerics offers complete tooling services including design, manufacture, maintenance, and service.  We are able to manage our customers’ tooling projects from concept through validation and certification, and ensure tight tolerance, less waste and greater cost savings.

• Quality Lab Services: Quality is always our top priority — beginning with the medical device design and continuing throughout the life of the product. Our state of the art quality and development lab offers a variety of material and part validation and testing services to ensure our customers product meet and exceed their quality requirements and ours.
