Complete tooling & design services
Injection molding is a process that is highly dependent upon the tooling used to create the component. Molds can be built as single-cavity prototypes up to high-cavitation production molds built to last millions of cycles. We’ve developed tooling partnerships to ensure that tool builds conform to our high standards. Our tooling and design services include:
- Regimented process for building injection molds to our established tooling standards
- Mold and tool design for optimal processing conditions so molded components remain consistent over time regardless of normal variation
