ALE, ARE & AREX
Polyether thermoplastic polyurethanes, available with either aliphatic or aromatic hard segment, that are ideal for use in medical catheters.
ALC & ARC
Polycarbonate thermoplastic polyurethanes, available with either aliphatic or aromatic hard segment, that boast superior biocompatibility, chemical resistance and oxidative stability. Used in long-term implantation applications.
ARCS & ARES
Silicone-polyurethane copolymers that boast the strength and processability of polyurethane and the hemocompatibility and flexibility of silicone.
Hydrophilic thermoplastic polyurethane, available with polycarbonate- or polyether-based soft segment, that is formulated to absorb water or provide lubricity.
Rigid AR
Aromatic rigid thermoplastic polyurethane designed for rigid applications. Typically used to replace nylon or polycarbonate catheter components.
High siloxane content silicone-polyurethane copolymer that is ideal for long-term implantation, as the most biostable TPU available on the market. Biomerics is an exclusive manufacturing partner of RUA Life Sciences for the Elast-Eon™ product line.
