Founded as Utah Plastics Group (UPG)
Founded in Salt Lake City under the name Utah Plastics Group in 1994, later changed its name to Biomerics, LLC in 2009 as a custom contract injection molder. From the humble beginnings of only three employees and one customer, Biomerics has grown to become a fully-vertically integrated polymer solutions provider and contract manufacturer for the medical device and biotech industries. Today, we manufacture biomaterials, extrusions, injection molded components, and finished devices for many of the world’s leading medical device corporations.
