Wire coiling
Our manufacturing process produces stainless steel wire coils in microscopic cross sections for both diagnostic and interventional endoscopic devices. We use sophisticated numerically controlled coiling equipment to manufacture to your exact coiling specifications for your finished custom wire coils and coil components. Coil properties include:
- Flat ribbon & round wires
- Variable spacing/pitch with tight or standard winding
- Stainless steel, tungsten, platinum & palladium
- Near-field coils (planar micro-coils for biomedical wireless power transfer)

Wire braiding
Our CNC winding machinery can manufacture unifilar or multifilar windings, coiling multiple wires into a spring for complex medical devices. Winding properties include:
