Micromachining & Swiss Turning Center of Excellence

As a fully integrated contract manufacturer, we offer a complete medical device solution, from design and fabrication through assembly and packaging. Our vertically integrated Micromachining & Swiss Turning Center of Excellence brings our equipment and processes under one roof, including computer numerical control (CNC) machining, secondary processing and finishing operations. We even have an in-house metrology lab and are experts in measurement systems and statistical process control. This expertise allows us to streamline the supply chain, improve quality, reduce risk and save time and cost.

Micromachining: Leveraging laser processing & machining
We combine our expertise in laser processing and vertically integrated machining capabilities to create small and micro medical device components and assemblies in a wide range of materials, tolerances and configurations. With decades of experience in programming CNC equipment, we specialize in the most challenging micromachined components for interventional applications, including advanced and robotic surgery. Our CNC equipment and measurement systems ensure precise and accurate results.
Multiaxis machining centers

Our advanced multiaxis machining centers can manufacture complex milled parts with tight tolerances and outstanding accuracy and repeatability. These fully automated systems manufacture parts in one operation with no manual intervention, including small parts with difficult geometries.

Screw machining

Screw machining is well suited for the manufacturing of small parts as well as long, slender parts that may be more challenging. These machines are also fast and extremely accurate at holding tight tolerances. Our equipment includes CNC screw machines with multiple-axis configurations. These cutting-edge machines are capable of turning, milling and secondary spindle operations, finishing the part with no additional processing.
