Bernie has over 30 years of experience as a leader in both manufacturing and engineering. He started his career in metal machining and mold construction and has spent the last 25 years in the medical device market managing several plants and engineering groups. Bernie has an MBA from Ottawa University and is a certified Six Sigma black belt. In his free time, Bernie enjoys snowshoeing, hunting, hiking, kayaking and restoring old cars. He has written multiple books and holds nine U.S. patents.
