Aaron Gunstanson

Aaron is a manufacturing manager with experience in promoting business growth, managing process safety and building a behavior-based safety culture in a demanding manufacturing environment. Aaron has over 15 years of experience working in a variety of industries as an engineer and a manager. He specializes in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, including applying these methodologies to operations for large manufacturing facilities. Aaron has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Texas Tech University.
